RECIPE  DEVELOPMENT

As an R&D Specialist for adults' baking classes at Baker's Brew Studio

  • Creates, tests and develops 5-6 recipes for baking classes per month.

  • Conducts training sessions for the instructors team monthly.

  • Prepares recipes as well as relevant documents for the classes.

  • Plans class flow, ingredient preparation and summary, as well as designs manuals with easy-to-follow graphics/photos to facilitate the instructors' team's classes.

  • Assists the monthly photoshoots*.

  • Brainstorms ideas and research on trending food items for the next batch of R&D items.
